Our postal service trips are limited to one trip a week. We live on a farm and transport our packages to the nearest Post Office which has limited opening hours on weekdays only.

All packages are sent via Australia Post. Updates to Australia Post services are here.

Domestic (Australia only) Shipping

Our Domestic (Australia only) packages are sent Express Post fully insured with tracking and signature required on delivery.

International Shipping

Our International packages are sent fully insured International Express Shipping with tracking and signature required on delivery. This means we have taken every step we can to ensure that your unique, one off piece arrives to you.

 

Due to global shipping delays, we are currently experiencing longer than normal delays for the US and Europe. Because of this, we no longer send packages via  Standard International Shipping.  We will continue to monitor shipping from this end.

Expect that some packages may require pick-up from post offices - as many states have cancelled signature on delivery.

Processing time

If you have purchased a ready to ship piece, it will shipped within 7 business days.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Charleys Forest Silver is not responsible for delays due to customs.
